METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF ANTI-HYPERTENSIVE THERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION WITH ABDOMINAL OBESITY AT BACKGROUND OF INSULIN-RESISTIVITY

摘要

A method for evaluation of effectiveness of anti-hypertensive therapy in patients with hypertension with abdominal obesity at background of insulin resistivity includes evaluation of function of endothelium in process of treatment. In blood of patients content of apelin and nitrogen oxide is determined. At increase of apelin and nitrogen oxide content indices compared to previous measurements the therapy is evaluated as effective and is continued. At absence of tendency to normalization of apelin and nitrogen oxide content indices therapy is completed or changed.
