PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for describing information on a target content destination and utilizing obtained user feedback information in a user feedback notification method.SOLUTION: A feedback function providing device is a device for providing a function of feeding back information on a web content, and comprises: a feedback management database for storing a content URL, a feedback code, and detailed information including a location or time; a user management database for storing information on a related user of each user; a click information receiving part for receiving both a feedback code relating to a clicked feedback button and identification data for a clicking user; a related user identification part for retrieving the user management database and identifying the related user of the user; and a feedback information notification part for notifying the related user of the content URL and detailed information that correspond to the feedback code received by the click information receiving part, as content feedback information.
