A first plurality of strips movably and releasably is attachable to the first surface of the board in the area identified for labeling prescription medications. The first plurality of strips comprises a front surface operable for allowing a user to removably label prescription medications. A second plurality of strips is movably and releasably attachable to the first surface of the board in the area identified for labeling times for taking the prescription medications. The second plurality of strips comprising a front surface operable for allowing a user to removably label times for taking the prescription medications.
