PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive coating composition which allows formation of a transparent conductive thin film having a uniform thickness and suppression of creation of a deposit on a scribing wheel.SOLUTION: The transparent conductive coating composition comprises: an intrinsic conductive polymer including a polythiophene-based compound and a polystyrene sulfonate; a silicon-based compound; a water-soluble resin; water; and an alcohol-based compound. The content of the silicon-based compound is 30 wt.% or more in terms of SiOin solid contents on condition that the transparent conductive coating composition has been dried at 120°C for 24 hours.
