PURPOSE: Facial image processing device and method are provided to effectively confirm image data photographed by a security camera with naked eye. CONSTITUTION: An input processing unit plurally input-processes different image data photographed by a photography unit (S1101). An extraction unit extracts a face display region showing the same face from each of the image data with different time of photography (S1102). A feature detection unit detects (S1103) a feature point showing a feature of facial part from the face display region extracted from the each of the plurality of image data and acquires the reliability showing a part to the corresponding feature point (S1104).
