PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-acoustic transducer which enables a metal vibration member and a metal diaphragm to be fixed to each other with sufficient strength and high positioning accuracy.SOLUTION: An electro-acoustic transducer 100 includes: a metal diaphragm 14 and a metal vibration member 15 fixed to the diaphragm 14. The electro-acoustic transducer 100 includes a vibration element (for example, a piezoelectric vibrator 13) surface-joined to the diaphragm 14 and an input part 20 that inputs a signal to the vibration element to vibrate the vibration element thereby producing a sound wave from a vibration member 15. The vibration member 15 includes a body part 15a and a fixing shaft 15b protruding to the diaphragm 14 side relative to the body part 15a. A fixing hole 14a is formed in the diaphragm 14. The vibration member 15 is fixed to the diaphragm 14 by press-fitting the fixing shaft 15b in the fixing hole 14a.
