PURPOSE: A device for expansinon-forming an elbow pipe is provided to facilitate a replacement of an elbow shaping rod, and to surround a high frequency induction heating coil in a curvature portion and a straight line portion of the elbow shaping rod. CONSTITUTION: A device for expansinon-forming an elbow pipe comprises a frame (100), an elbow shaping rod (200), a material supply part (300), a pusher (400), a first high frequency induction heating coil (500), and a second high frequency induction heating coil (600). In the elbow shaping rod, a curvature portion in which a diameter is enlarged gradually to a front is formed. The material supply part supplies an elbow moldable material consecutively by pushing to a hand plate. The pusher moves the elbow moldable material by pressing to the curvature portion of the elbow shaping rod. The first high frequency induction heating coil surrounds a straight line portion which meets with the curvature portion of the elbow shaping rod. The second high frequency induction heating coil is rotatably arranged along a curvature radius of the curvature portion of the elbow shaping rod. |
