摘要 PURPOSE: A three-electrode fillet auto-carriage and a multi-electrode arc welding apparatus using the same are provided to reduce a heat-affected zone generated by heat input from an arc through high-speed welding more than two times of a one-electrode and a two-electrode fillet auto-carriage, thereby improving welding quality. CONSTITUTION: A three-electrode fillet auto-carriage comprises a preceding electrode(11), a central electrode(12), a following electrode(13), a y-axial slide(22), a z-axial slide(23), and a clamp(30). The preceding electrode, the central electrode, and the following electrode respectively generate arcs for welding. The y-axial slide moves the preceding electrode, the central electrode, and the following electrode back and forth. The z-axial slide moves the preceding electrode, the central electrode, and the following electrode up and down. The clamp adjusts the angles of the preceding electrode, the central electrode, and the following electrode. The preceding electrode, the central electrode, and the following electrode are applied with flux cored wires for gas shield arc welding. Distances among the arcs generated from the preceding electrode, the central electrode, and the following electrode are maintained to be 25±5 mm. The clamp is fixed inside the distances of 25±5 mm so that the preceding electrode, the central electrode, and the following electrode are not capable of moving left and right. The preceding electrode, the central electrode, and the following electrode are respectively capable of moving back and forth, and up and down by the y-axial slide and the z-axial slide.
