PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication pipe seal assembly for a turbomachine that can accommodate different thermal expansion rates between a communication pipe and a turbine portion and withstand a high-temperature gas.SOLUTION: A communication pipe seal assembly includes a first seal, and a second seal joined to the first seal. The second seal is spaced from the first seal to define a coolant passage.
