The present invention relates to a method by which a terminal takes measurements on a neighboring cell in a wireless communication system, which includes the steps of: receiving a channel state information-reference signal (CSI-RS) transmitted from the neighboring cell by using first time information received from a serving cell; and taking measurements using the CSI-RS, wherein the first time information is generated on the basis of the second time information of a serving cell, which receives an uplink signal from the terminal, and the third time information from a neighboring cell, which receives the uplink signal. |
