<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit with a comparatively small circuit scale, which achieves low power consumption without providing a dedicated control terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit having an input terminal and an output terminal operates with a plurality of operation frequencies. The integrated circuit is provided with: a first logic circuit and a second logic circuit which are connected in parallel between the input terminal and the output terminal; and a first conduction control circuit connected between the second logic circuit and the output terminal. The first logic circuit is always provided with an operation voltage from a first power supply system, the second logic circuit is provided with an operation voltage or a ground voltage from a second power supply system in response to the operation frequency, and the first conduction control circuit is conducted in response to a voltage from the second power supply system to control the operation state of some transistors in the second logic circuit and a leak current on the basis of a voltage from the second power supply system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&amp;INPIT</p> |
