PURPOSE: A slip-stick mode piezoelectric driving element is provided to be driven with low driving power by arranging a plurality of piezoelectric elements in a radial form. CONSTITUTION: A driving body (20) faces to a fixing body (10). A plurality of piezoelectric elements (30) is arranged between the driving body and the fixing body. The plurality of the piezoelectric elements is operated as a shearing mode. One end of the piezoelectric element is fixed at the fixing body. Other end of the piezoelectric element is connected to the driving body.
