PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a metal nanoparticle for low temperature sintering is provided to efficiently manufacture a conductive thin film by using the nanoparticles on which melting surfactants are attached. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a metal nanoparticle for low temperature sintering comprises the following steps: forming an organic ligand-metal complex by mixing metal salt and an amphiphilic first organic ligand precursor in an organic solvent; reducing the organic ligand-metal complex; forming the metal nanopaticles linked by covalent bonds with the organic ligand; and reducing a part or all parts of the first organic ligand into a second organic ligand. |
