PURPOSE: A panel angle device is provided to efficiently construct a concrete retaining wall by securely supporting the gap between panels and the gap between the panels and the concrete retaining wall. CONSTITUTION: A panel angle device (100) comprises first and second panels (110a,110b), a decorative angle unit (130), and an angle fixing unit (150). The decorative angle unit is arranged between the first and second panels and connects the first and second panels to each other. The angle fixing unit fixes the decorative angle unit to the first and second panels.
