PURPOSE: A method for acquiring the horizontal alignment information of a road by driving a vehicle is provided to prevent the degradation of the accuracy of the horizontal alignment information caused by errors generated by driving habits and steering of a driver. CONSTITUTION: A method for acquiring the horizontal alignment information of a road by driving a vehicle is as follows. Longitude coordination values, latitude coordinate values, and heading values of measurement points arranged per each unit measurement distance are measured by driving a measuring vehicle with a vehicle position information sensor and a vehicle posture information sensor on a target road. Outliers are removed from the acquired heading values. The horizontal alignment of the road is analyzed based on the acquired longitude coordination values, latitude coordinate values, and the heading values in which the outliers are removed.
