PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink of which a bottom part can be speedily joined to a fin.SOLUTION: In a heat sink, a bottom part 1 has a plurality of pairs of holding bodies 11 and 12 arranged with intervals therebetween on the top face thereof, and spaces are provided between a pair of holding bodies 11 and 12 in each row and pairs of holding bodies 11 and 12 neighboring in front of and behind the pair of holding bodies 11 and 12. A plurality of fins 2 form a bent side piece 21 having a plurality of notches which correspond to the plurality of holding bodies 11 and 12 mutually and which engage with each of the holding bodies 11 and 12. The plurality of fins 2 are each inserted into the space adjacent in front of and behind the holding bodies 11 and 12 in the bottom part 1, and each of the holding bodies 11 and 12 is deformed vertically by press work of a press head 3 and holds at least one side of the notch in the bent side piece 21. |
