A flow quantity measurement device setting method according to the present invention comprises: a step (A) of preliminarily measuring a correction coefficient when a fluid is made to flow at a flow quantity within a prescribed range, and of deriving a first function which represents, with a first-order function, a relation between a measurement correction coefficient which is the correction coefficient which is measured and a conversion value which is a value to which the set flow quantity which is the flow quantity which is made to flow is converted with a prescribed function; a step (B) of setting a reference flow quantity which is an arbitrary flow quantity within a prescribed range, and computing a reference correction coefficient which is a correction coefficient which corresponds to the reference flow quantity from the reference flow quantity and the first function; and a step (C) which stores the reference flow quantity and the reference correction coefficient which corresponds to the reference flow quantity.
