PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concretely recognize skill of a user through an actual play image.SOLUTION: A server device is configured to connect a plurality of user terminals utilized when a user plays a game via a network. The server device includes: a storage part for storing a plurality of pieces of replay information utilized when a play image of the game played by the user in the user terminal is reproduced; and a control part for extracting the replay information conforming to predetermined conditions under which the skill of the user playing the game is determined out of the plurality of pieces of replay information stored in the storage part in reception of a replay playback request to request reproduction of the play image of the game from a user terminal out of the plurality of user terminals.
