PURPOSE: A motor is provided to increase electromotive voltage using a phase shift wiring method of 60 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A stator part (120) is separated from a rotor part (110) as prescribed distance. A wiring part is wound up the stator part. The rotor part and the stator part are formed in the form of a fraction slot structure of 16 poles 15 slots. The wiring part is arranged in wiring design of pace shift mode of 60 degrees. The rotor part comprises a shaft, a rotor, a core, and a magnet.
