<p>PURPOSE: A soft black plate steel sheet having excellent anti-aging property and weldability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve workability and productivity by not generating a yield point elongation phenomenon with having a ratio of a grain drawing of a welding unit and a grain drawing of a base metal less than two in case of performing a welding. CONSTITUTION: A soft black plate steel sheet having excellent anti-aging property and weldability comprises as weight% C: 0.0005-0.002%, Mn: 0.6-1.0%, Al: 0.03-0.08%, N: 0.002-0.006%, B: 0.001-0.004%, P: 0.01-0.03%, and S: 0.001-0.02%. A rest comprises Fe, and unavoidable impurities. The soft black plate steel sheet having excellent anti-aging property and weldability in which a tissue is an equiaxed grain ferrite single phase comprises a MnS precipitate in which an average particle diameter is less than 35nm.</p> |
