<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that an inkjet ink used in digital screen platemaking adversely influences developing property or the like of a screen printing plate in a platemaking process and that plate wear is decreased due to swelling with an aqueous ink used in textile printing or the like to give difficulty in printing a thin line. <P>SOLUTION: A photosensitive resin composition is prepared by dispersing a powder material comprising a crosslinked acrylic resin and having a 50% diameter of 1.0 to 1.5 μm and a standard deviation of 0.12 or more in a grain size distribution, into an aqueous solution containing a photo-crosslinkable water-soluble diazo resin, a water-soluble polymer selected from polyvinyl alcohol and partially saponified polyvinyl alcohol, and a hydrophobic polymer. By using the powder of a crosslinked acrylic resin having a specified grain size distribution, an aqueous ink for pattern drawing is suppressed from permeating into a photosensitive resin composition layer, and the obtained screen printing plate shows good water resistance. The water-resistant durability is significantly improved by treating the plate with a screen printing plate reinforcing solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
