PURPOSE: A 3D commercial transaction/advertisement server and a sale relay method on a 3D open market are provided to enable a user to select a store, thereby enabling the user to view a product in a 3D graphic screen. CONSTITUTION: A 3D commercial transaction/advertisement server transmits 2D map information and zone unit information to a business field terminal through a communication unit(S1). The business field terminal selects the zone unit information; designates each product item in a position coordinate of a selected zone unit; and adds product item description information(S2). The business field terminal transmits zone unit selection information, position coordinate designation information of each product item, and description information for each product item to the 3D commercial transaction/advertisement server(S3). The 3D commercial transaction/advertisement server updates an existed 3D product map or generates a 3D product map(S4). The business field terminal transmits advertisement request information to the 3D commercial transaction/advertisement server(S5). The 3D commercial transaction/advertisement server transmits the 3D product map to an advertiser terminal(S7). The advertiser terminal transmits the advertisement request information to the 3D commercial transaction/advertisement server(S8). The 3D commercial transaction/advertisement server updates the advertisement request information on the 3D product map(S9).
