<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game recording medium issuing device, configured to extract and issue only information needed by a player in information on reserved balls and payment balance. <P>SOLUTION: When issuing a reserved ball ticket 28, a counting machine 2 of each game machine allows a player to select any of information on the reserved balls and payment balance, information only on the payment balance, and information only on the reserved balls, and issues the reserved ball ticket 28 storing the selected information.
