PURPOSE: An improved potable cosmetic pouch is provided to maintain the inner temperature pleasantly, and to prevent the jumbling of contents using a material with shape memory property. CONSTITUTION: An improved potable cosmetic pouch comprises: an outer skin with an infrared and ultraviolet ray blocking effect; a lining which uses a material with warmth keeping and coldness insulating effects, and is attached to the outer skin; and a tying part which prevents drop-out of contents(6) and is attached to the outer skin and the inner skin. The outer skin is selected from a fabric, textile, felt, or a film. The outer skin is processed by reflecting infrared rays, ultraviolet rays, and visible rays onto: polyester; natural materials which include cotton, linen, and wool; and synthetic materials which includes nylon, acryl and synthetic leather. |
