PURPOSE: A remote monitoring control method using a remote terminal and a device thereof are provided to monitor and control a desired field situation by using a terminal in a remote place and various user interfaces. CONSTITUTION: A monitoring control device(50) selects a monitoring control page corresponding to a monitoring control request of a terminal(90). The monitoring control device transmits the monitoring control page and situation data, which is received from sub-devices of a field corresponding to the monitoring control page, to the terminal. The monitoring control device transmits change situation data, which is newly received from the sub-devices, to the terminal corresponding to a change situation data request of the terminal.
