<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular article which facilitates exact closing and opening of through holes as appropriate and, in particular, dispenses with special opening operation to reduce a step in a tubular body having the through holes in a pipe wall, and, when materials and the like used for closing or opening the through holes are discarded after opening the through holes, and, since the discarded materials exert no influence on the environment, dispenses with or facilitates treatment of the discarded materials, and to provide a manufacturing method of the tubular article. <P>SOLUTION: A tubular laminate is formed by laminating layers of a molding made of a degradable resin having degradability in an aqueous medium, preferably a biodegradable aliphatic polyester resin, on the external surface of a tubular substrate having through holes in a pipe wall.
