<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the assembling workability of a bumper cover. <P>SOLUTION: A tip 52 of an under cover 50 is fixed by a grommet 80 and a screw 90 in a state of being held by being sandwiched in a gap 125 which is formed between a first flange 120 and second flange 130A and 130B. Thus, attachment strength is secured, and there is no risk of displacement caused, for example, by an S-clip.
