摘要 PURPOSE: A soundness prediction method of a generator stator and a system thereof are provided to reduce inspection costs such as a vibration test while being parked by monitoring the response characteristics of an interest region in the everyday driving condition and enabling the analysis. CONSTITUTION: A diagnosis prediction apparatus collects a vibration signal obtained through each sensor and stores in the database(610). The prediction apparatus performs an FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) conversion for each vibration signal(615). The diagnosis prediction apparatus extracts the response components such as the rotatory power frequency and the electromagnetic force frequency among the FFT converted spectrum data(620). The diagnosis prediction apparatus performs an inverse FFT conversion for the extracted response components(625). The diagnosis prediction apparatus draw out a movement phase angle by moving a start position of the rotatory power frequency and the electromagnetic force frequency waveform information of the installed sensor to a position in which a width is 0(630). By using the movement phase angle, the diagnosis prediction apparatus synchronizes the phase of the extracted waveform of each sensor(635).
