PURPOSE: A spinal fixation device with an integrated cage unit is provided to prevent a cage unit supporting a fixing plate from being displaced by integrating the cage unit with the fixing plate which is fixed to a spine at a side of the outer surface of the spine. CONSTITUTION: A spinal fixation device comprises a fixing plate(10) which is arranged at a side of the outer surface of a spine; a screw member(20) having an end passing through a side of the fixing plate and screw-combined to the spine so as to fix the fixing plate at the spine; and a cage unit protruding from a side of the fixing plate and to be interposed between vertebrae.
