The present invention achieves an electronic device on which the same operation as a two-finger operation on a touch panel can be performed with one finger. The electronic device is characterized by displaying one virtual finger upon the touch panel and linking the virtual finger with an operation performed by an actual finger so that a two-finger-specific operation is performed with one finger.
