PURPOSE: A photographing device is provided to reduce noises by adding a light amount reducing filter to the photographing device. CONSTITUTION: A photographing device includes an optical system(100), a photographing device(300), and a light amount reducing filter(200). The photographing device converts image light passing through the optical system into an electric signal. The light amount reducing filter is arranged on an optical path of the image light. The light amount reducing filter reduces the light amount of an area having a wavelength of 450nm to 600nm.
