<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction cost of a tabular bone structure by greatly shortening a construction time of the tabular bone structure, while securing enough a buckling strength of the tabular bone structure (tank top plate structure). <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of rectangular areas 17 that have long side part 17a and short side part 17b by a plurality of transformers 11 and a plurality of longitudinals 15 are partitioned and formed in a grid-like fashion.
