<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterwheel which utilizes water energy for rotation by tangling with the waterwheel from beginning to end and contributes also as an industrial application wherein the water energy which generates rotation of a conventional waterwheel is spilled over and lost during one-third (120°) of rotation of the waterwheel, and the waterwheel rotates with no water energy during remaining two-thirds (240°) of the rotation. <P>SOLUTION: A shape of a waterwheel body 1 is a cylindrical shape 1. The body 1 is fixed. An outer circumference of the body 1 is arranged as a rotating part. Many flowing water channels 3 (structured of a water pouring port 5, flowing water channel 3, and water discharge port 6) are arranged on the rotating part, and the flowing water channel has a constant inclination angle, and many weirs are arranged.
