PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing an analyte in a solution of solubilized physical sample.

SOLUTION: The method for solubilizing one or more analytes in a solution of a solubilized physical sample includes: a step (i) for solubilizing a physical sample collected from a mammal subject into a sample medium containing denaturant selected from a surface active agent and a chaotropic factor; a step (ii) for then heating the sample medium containing the sample at a temperature at least over 70°C for a fixed time; and a step (iii) for then stabilizing one or more analytes solubilized in the sample medium to perform storage, conveyance and succeeding immunoassay.
