Hydrotreating by co-treatment of a charge constituted of a mixture made of plant or animal oil and a petroleum cut to obtain a fuel base containing less than 50 mg/kg of sulfur, comprises hydrotreatment (HDT) in a unit (HDT1) in a fixed bed using a catalyst at 180-360[deg] C in the presence of hydrogen, stripping to eliminate carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, water, hydrogen sulfide and ammonia and hydrodesulfurization (HDS) in a unit (HDS2) in a fixed bed using a catalyst at 180-450[deg] C in the presence of hydrogen. Hydrotreating by co-treatment of a charge constituted of a mixture made of plant or animal oil (1-99 vol.%) and a petroleum cut (99-1 vol.%) to obtain a fuel base containing less than 50 mg/kg of sulfur, comprises hydrotreatment (HDT) in a unit (HDT1) in a fixed bed using a catalyst at 180-360[deg] C, at a total pressure of 0.5-20 MPa, with a hourly space velocity of 0.1-20 per hour and in the presence of 50-2000 Nl of hydrogen per liter of charge, an intermediate stripping to eliminate carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO 2), water (H2O), hydrogen sulfide (H 2S) and ammonia (NH 3) formed during the HDT stage and hydrodesulfurization (HDS) in a unit (HDS2) in a fixed bed using a catalyst at 180-450[deg] C, at a total pressure of 0.5-30 MPa, a hourly space velocity of 0.1-20 per hour and in the presence of 50-2000 Nl of hydrogen per liter of charge.
|
