The present invention relates to a touch panel (X) including: a first base (10) having a first resistance film (12); a second base (20) having a second resistance film (22) and a inter-base connector electrode (23); and a conductive adhesive member (30) for electrically connecting the first resistance film (12) and the inter-base connector electrode (23). The first and the second bases (10) and (20) are adhered so that the first and the second resistance films (12) and (22) face each other. The conductive adhesive member (30) contains a first particle (31) having conductivity and a second particle (32) having a diameter smaller than that of the first particle (31). The second particle (32) has a lower deformation ratio or an lower aspect ratio than the first particle (31), or has a larger compression deformation modulus than the first particle (31).
