<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid inhibitor for activated sludge production, capable of rapidly inhibiting the production of activated sludge with a low initial cost at application and further, without having a defect of being clogged in a solid liquid separation membrane, and to provide a method for treating waste water using the same. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided: a liquid inhibitor for activated sludge production obtained by dissolving a shell or a crushed matter thereof with an acid; a liquid inhibitor for activated sludge production obtained by dissolving the product which is prepared by firing a shell or a crushed matter thereof with an acid; and a method for treating waste water including a step of introducing the inhibitor for activated sludge production into a waste water treatment system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
