SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a charge detection amplifier that amplifies charges detected by a detector and includes an input terminal, an amplification terminal and an output terminal. The charge detection amplifier includes a first capacitor connected between the input terminal and the amplification terminal, a first switching unit connected between the input terminal and the amplification terminal, a second capacitor connected between the amplification terminal and the output terminal, and a second switching unit connected between the output terminal and a reference voltage terminal.
