<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information exchange device that can easily transmit information. <P>SOLUTION: An information exchange device transmits a plurality of information specific signals and information content respectively allocated to these information specific signals to an external communication device by communication means, processes an information specific signal received from the external communication device in response to this information transmission, and distributes a processing result to the external communication device. The information exchange device transmits a specific signal for question and question content information allocated to this, specific signals for a plurality of choices as an answer to the question and content information for the plurality of choices respectively allocated to these. It can take a standpoint of any of an information transmission side and a response side. It shares information processing means with the external communication device. When the information exchange device displays a distributed processing result, it utilizes information content received before response. It transmits a specific signal for information to be shared with the external communication device and information the external communication device does not have to the external communication device.
