<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna device that implements a lower center of gravity and a high degree of freedom in counterweight arrangement by dispensing with the structure in which a counterweight is disposed only over a baseplate. <P>SOLUTION: The antenna device includes a baseplate part, an antenna part formed on the baseplate part, and a counterweight part disposed under the baseplate part and suspended from the baseplate part.
