<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle management system capable of improving a vehicle utilization rate. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle management system includes: storage means for storing user information including evaluation of users using a vehicle by user; first evaluation means for determining whether or not use of the vehicle by a user causes a factor in losing an opportunity of using the vehicle, and evaluating the user having used the vehicle on the basis of the determination result; second evaluation means for making a subsequent user using the vehicle evaluate a usage condition of the vehicle by a previous user having used the vehicle previously, and evaluating the previous user on the basis of the evaluation by the subsequent user; evaluation update means for determining evaluation of each user using the vehicle on the basis of the evaluation result from the first evaluation means and the evaluation result from the second evaluation means, and storing the determined evaluation of each user in the storage means; and use charge setting means for setting a use charge for using the vehicle by user on the basis of the evaluation of each user stored in the storage means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
