<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft capsule formulation superior in systemic absorption and temporal stability of such an oily ingredient as a physiologically active substance. <P>SOLUTION: The soft capsule formulation has: a self-emulsifying type composition containing polyhydric alcohol, at least either lysine or lysine hydrochloride, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, and an oily ingredient; and a capsule coating containing gelatin, polyhydric alcohol, and water. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
