The present invention relates to a suctioning apparatus for a fibrous filter, and to a filtering device using same, and more particularly, to a suctioning apparatus for a fibrous filter which is configured using a partition wall or a partition to form a main suctioning slit and a sub-suctioning slit parallel thereto, so that a villus passes through the sub-suctioning slit, delaying straightening, and moves laterally and then is quickly straightened at the main suctioning slit, in order to increase the effects of reverse cleaning, and to a filtering device using same.
