PURPOSE: A device for measuring a surface gloss of a light emitting element is provided to accurately measure the reflection of the lights reflected by a lead frame of a light emitting element. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a surface gloss of a light emitting element comprises a light emitting element unit(41), a plurality of light sources(11,21,31), a condensing lens(51), a first beam splitter(61), and a first detecting unit(81). The light emitting element unit includes a body and a lead frame. A plurality of light source units includes a first light source unit, a second light source unit, and a third light source unit. The condensing lens condenses the light incident to at least one of the three light source units. The first beam splitter transmits the lights condensed in the condensing lens or reflects the lights of the first light source unit. The first detecting unit detects the lights transmitted through the first beam splitter.
