THREE-LAYER MASSIVE ROTOR OF AN ASYNCHRONOUS MOTOR

A three-layer massive rotor for an asynchronous motor comprises a shaft whereon a cylindrical laminated core is positioned; a first ferrous sleeve is posited outside of the core, on the first sleeve a second sleeve with short-circuit rings connected to the said sleeve is located. Between adjacent surfaces of the sleeves within end area there is an electrical contact; a short-circuit ring of the upper sleeve is connected to the top part of the sleeve; a short-circuit ring of the lower sleeve is connected to the low part of the sleeve and positioned at the distance from the upper short-circuit sleeve towards radial direction. The ring of the lower sleeve has less resistance than the ring of the upper sleeve.
