Disclosed are a communication method inside a computer containing a multi-core processor and a detection method and a control method thereof. The multi-core processor supports affinity setting and kernel ID identification. The communication method comprises: a sender sending information by selecting which kernel a receiver operates on; and the receiver receiving information by identifying which kernel the receiver operates on. The present invention provides a new inter-process and inter-virtual machine communication method, and a corresponding detection method and control method. The present invention is capable of enhancing the efficiency and flexibility of coordinated processing of multiple tasks in a multi-core processor environment, and may be used as a supplementary communication method when a conventional inter-process communication (IPC) method and an inter-virtual machine communication method fail.
