PURPOSE: A light emitting device , and a method for manufacturing the same and a lighting system including the same are provided to arrange an electrode, which is connected to a first and a second conductive semiconductor layer, on a corresponding conductive semiconductor layer and to prevent the reduction of the area of an active layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode layer(150) is arranged under a light emitting structure layer and touches a second conductive semiconductor layer. A first insulation layer(162) is arranged under the first electrode layer, and part of the first insulation layer is arranged around a hole. A second electrode layer(172) is arranged under the first insulation layer and includes a contact electrode. The contact electrode touches a first conductive semiconductor layer through the hole. A second insulation layer(190) is formed on the lateral and the upper surface of the light emitting structure layer. A pad(115) is arranged on the light emitting structure layer.
