PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inhibitory device for fat droplets and cellulite, the device capable of significantly increasing the inhibitory effect on fat droplets and cellulite by combining a vitamin-C agent and high-frequency hyperthermia device, and suppressing cell death due to heating to the minimum, and giving mild hyperthermia treatment to a person to be treated without any pains by heating, and to provide a drug enhancing lipid inhibitory effect.

SOLUTION: The drug enhancing lipid inhibitory effect includes vitamin-C and/or a provitamin-C for hyperthermia for cellulite prophylactic treatment, fat droplet inhibition and lipid metabolism improvement.
