摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since conventional technologies in an IPS requires a large number of processes and has a low opening ratio, they are hardly practical, and since there are too many wire and electrodes which exist in a layer most adjacent to a liquid crystal layer, electrical field applied to each liquid crystal in a pixel display part is not uniform. <P>SOLUTION: In the present invention, gate lines 102, 105 and common lines 103, 104 are first formed simultaneously. A pixel electrode 108, common electrodes 110, 111, and source lines 106, 107 are simultaneously formed after formation of an interlayer film. Thereby, an electrode pattern and processes can be simplified. Wire and electrodes which exist in a layer most adjacent to a liquid crystal layer is used as the pixel electrodes, the common electrodes and the source lines, and their shapes are simplified. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
