The wall mounted gas boiler has heating gas flues and off-gas chamber with condensation runoffs. Thus the shallow box acting as water-flowed housing (3) is traversed from top to bottom by heating as flues (2) formed from pockets (2') parallel to the wide wall-mounting side (WS) of the housing (3). The water-cooled combustion chamber (1) connected on the water side to the flowed interior (I) of the housing corresponds in vertical projection to the shallow rectangular section of the housing. The burner insert entry (5) in the combustion chamber (1) lies in or near the plane (E) of the wide housing wall extending parallel to the wall-mounting surface (WS). The blower type burner (28) installed in the entry (5) consists of a metal fabric burner in hemispherical or semi-ellipsoidal or other shape to suit the inner shell of the burner chamber (8). USE/ADVANTAGE - Domestic heating. Shallow box housing with conforming burner and chamber simplifies installation from fewer components.
